- Building applications ensuring that the code follows latest coding practices and industry standards

- Developing high quality, well documented, and efficient code
- Challenging ideas and opinions to avoid pitfalls and inefficient solutions

What does this mean in practice?
- Within 30 days, you will become a key member of the team, developing your understanding of the business and the tech stack. You will become integrated within our technical team to ship your first increment.
- Within 90 days, you will shape our technology stack and find your area of expertise. You will have actively shaped our technology stack and developed on your goals. You have built out one or two additional spikes and become an instrumental expert on the team.
- Within 360 days, you will be a leader on the delivery team and will continue building on the technology infrastructure of the business. You will work with the product team to assist in shipping new products and take ownership of development responsibilities across the entire tech stack.

- Design and own the data model, pipelines, and overall data architecture of data platform for a SaaS analytics product used to optimize the performance of the concrete industry.
- Design end to end analytical workflows, including overall architecture, capabilities, platforms, tools and governing processes
- Designing and developing the data requirements to support the business logic of the application
- Create, maintain, and communicate positioning/go-forward strategies for the data and analytical capabilities of the platform
- Share governance responsibility to ensure alignment to enterprise guidelines for security, auditability, data governance, metadata management, etc.
- Help define/improve best practices, guidelines and integration with other enterprise solutions
- Review analytic solutions for re-usability, scalability, synergy opportunities and alignment to defined best practices and guidelines
