How can you be part of our success?

As a Full Stack - Data Engineer at C60, you will play a crucial role in the overall success of the company by:

  • Building applications ensuring that the code follows latest coding practices and industry standards
  • Designing and developing the business logic and backend systems of the MVP experience
  • Solving complex data problems to deliver insights that helps our business to achieve their goals
  • Leading the evaluation, implementation and deployment of emerging tools and process for analytic data engineering in order to improve our productivity as a team
  • Working closely with other team members to understand the business needs of the end users and own the overall product quality
  • Writing unit, integration tests and functional automation
  • Developing high quality, well documented, and efficient code
  • Challenging ideas and opinions to avoid pitfalls and inefficient solutions
  • Building using modern design patterns and architectural principles
  • Supporting product owner in defining future stories and tech lead in defining technical designs

What does this mean in practice?

  • Within 30 days, you will become a key member of the team, developing your understanding of the business and the tech stack. You will become integrated within our technical team to ship your first increment.
  • Within 90 days, you will shape our technology stack and find your area of expertise. You will have actively shaped our technology stack and developed on your goals. You have built out one or two additional spikes and become an instrumental expert on the team.
  • Within 360 days, you will be a leader on the delivery team and will continue building on the technology infrastructure of the business. You will work with the product team to assist in shipping new products and take ownership of development responsibilities across the entire tech stack.

  • Work closely with current and prospective customers to demonstrate our software 
  • Actively support customer in their onboarding by setting them up on our software
  • Resolve data integration issues and identify work arounds to facilitate adoption
  • Train and coach clients on the effective use of our solution
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in current and prospective customers 
  • Ensure effective and ongoing use of our software by being a trusted technical resource to customers
  • Help customers identify and resolve product related challenges and escalate to our product team as required 

What does this mean in practice?

  • Within 30 days, you will be a core part of our customer success squad getting and an important part of our go-to-market team.
  • Within 90 days, you will be onboarding customers, delivering demos, and training customers on the use of our software
  • Within 360 days, you will champion how we demo, train other colleagues, be a key part of our local meetups, trade-shows, and on-line events

What we will love about you

  • A relevant undergraduate degree such as in business, engineering, or computer science
  • 1-3 years of relevant technical consulting or sales experience in advanced analytics or business intelligence
  • Understands and is sensitive to customer business requirements 
  • Experience in managing customer and stakeholder relationships 
  • Experience in working with technical software in a B2B consulting or sales role 
  • A desire to work in an early-stage sales environment and lay the foundations of the company’s sales strategies and processes
