Job Summary
C60 is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to support the onboarding and long-term success of our ready-mix concrete (RMC) customers. In this role, you'll ensure accurate data ingestion, configure business settings, and help customers unlock insights through performance dashboards. You will work closely with clients to troubleshoot data issues, optimize KPIs, and identify margin improvement opportunities. As a subject-matter expert in RMC operations and data integrity, you’ll play a key role in delivering value and shaping product feedback.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Data QA

Perform data quality reviews during customer onboarding, identifying anomalies and coordinating resolution with customer teams

Guide customers through configuring business settings in their C60 application to ensure accurate analytics and reporting

Develop expertise in ready-mix vendor systems to streamline integration and support accurate data flow
Performance Analysis & Opportunity Identification

Analyze dashboards with customers to explain performance drivers and identify underperformance

Create opportunity assessments using C60 insights (e.g., batch accuracy, low load sizes, high cost to serve)

Participate in customer calls to share findings and recommend action plans
Exception Management & Troubleshooting

Query, manipulate, and validate data from databases, APIs, and BI tools like Power BI

Create exception reports and determine whether issues stem from customer data, edge cases, or internal logic

Write rules for automated validation and manually flag business-specific data inconsistencies
Customer Coaching & Enablement

Deliver presentations and training on data quality best practices

Coach customers on system usage to improve data accuracy

Contribute to our internal knowledge base resources and escalate edge cases to the product team for logic updates

You have hands-on experience in ready-mix concrete operations, deeply familiar with dispatch, batching, QC, and sales workflows

You have experience turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive better business decisions

You demonstrate an understanding of ready-mix producer pain points and understand how to align solutions with business goals

You’re experienced in managing customer relationships, from frontline users to executives

You’re confident working with technical software and collaborating in B2B environments

You’re a natural project manager who can juggle priorities and drive initiatives forward

You communicate clearly whether it's presenting insights, writing documentation, or leading customer meetings
