These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the SMS/text messaging program (“SMS Program”) operated by Volt RMC Solutions Canada Ltd. By opting in, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Description

The SMS Program is limited to transactional messages (e.g., questions you send to ask C60 and responses provided).

Message frequency varies based on your interactions.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages at the phone number you provided. Consent is be obtained through in‑app settings.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You represent that:

• You are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided.
• You are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out at any time by disabling the feature in your profile using the C60 app. You may also contact us at support@c60.ai.

You may receive a final confirmation message after opting out.

4. Cost & Message Frequency

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

6. Carriers & Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier, network conditions, and device settings.

7. Eligibility

The SMS Program is intended for users located in the United States and Canada.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use the SMS Program for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

10. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the SMS Program at any time. You may unsubscribe at any time by disabling the feature in your profile in the C60 app.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the SMS Program.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which your residence or primary use occurs.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
